I recently developed the ASSUME a Sensory Reason™ framework, which supports professionals in shifting from behavior-management approaches to regulation-support approaches. When sensory drivers are accurately identified and proactively addressed in Neurodivergent persons, we typically see significant reductions in incidents such as aggression, noncompliance, inappropriate behavior in a given environment, or physical responses toward peers or staff.  Please reach out if interested in attending this training which can be modified to fit a specific environment like employment or education for example.
